Our drivers have their uniform that identifies them as collaborators from Puerta a Puerta, they are trained in customer service, conflict resolution and assertive communication.
In order to fulfill our commitment to deliver to all customers, we guarantee transport 24 to 48 hours after the request of the same at the maximum in GAM and 72 hours outside the GAM. We provide immediate service according to the disposition of the units when requesting a service.
We are specialists in the Door to Door distribution, we do the procedures that your company requires (returns, billing, check and pre-check) we handle perishable, dry loads, etc.
Our units have insurance for the merchandise, giving each client the certainty that they will be answered for any inconvenience during transport. Our policy covers the following coverages:
- Damages, losses and expenses to the merchandise caused by collision, rollover or fire of the means of transport.
- Theft and assault.
- Loading and unloading maneuvers, in the understanding, that these maneuvers are carried out with the appropriate equipment.
- Partial losses suffered by the merchandise as a result of sudden or extraordinary movements of the means of transport.
- Damage to the merchandise within the insured’s premises.
- Accidental fall or dump of merchandise.
